Shipping
At Lumora, we offer complimentary standard shipping and optional express delivery for eligible destinations. Every dispatched order includes tracking information.
Shipping options
- Standard Shipping — FREE: estimated delivery within 7–14 business days, with no minimum order value.
- Express Shipping: estimated delivery within 5–10 business days, for selected destinations at the additional cost shown during checkout.
Order processing and when delivery time begins
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. This preparation period is separate from the estimated shipping time.
Both Standard and Express Shipping delivery estimates begin on the date your tracking number is emailed to you following shipment dispatch, not on the date you placed your order. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Any more specific shipping commitment displayed at checkout remains applicable.
Tracking your order
After dispatch, we send your shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email address used at checkout. Carrier tracking updates may take additional time to appear. If you have not received shipping confirmation within the stated processing window, contact support@lumoraglows.com with your order number.
Delays and delivery concerns
Delivery estimates can be affected by customs, public holidays, weather, carrier operations, or transportation disruptions. If your order is delayed, please contact us so we can investigate. We will honor any cancellation, delivery, or refund rights required by applicable law or a specific commitment made during checkout.
Express Shipping charges
When Express Shipping is provided as represented, its additional fee is not voluntarily refundable solely because you no longer need the product or purchased an alternative elsewhere. If the express service is not provided as represented, please contact us for an appropriate review and any legally required remedy.
Delivery addresses
Please verify the street address, apartment or unit number, city, region, postal code, and country at checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before dispatch, but corrections or redirection cannot be guaranteed after shipment. Additional costs caused by incorrect customer-provided details may apply where permitted by law.
Lost or incorrectly delivered packages
If your order appears lost, or tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate it, please let us know. We will investigate using available tracking information and coordinate with the carrier. When a shipment is confirmed lost or incorrectly fulfilled, we will provide a replacement, reshipment, refund, or other remedy as required by law. A carrier's delivery scan does not automatically eliminate applicable consumer rights.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
International parcels may be subject to customs checks, import duties, VAT, or other local charges. Unless these charges are included at checkout or the law requires otherwise, they may be the recipient's responsibility.
Optional shipping protection
Where available at checkout, optional Shipping Protection may be offered for $4.90, subject to the terms shown before purchase. Purchasing or declining this option does not remove mandatory consumer rights relating to damaged, lost, or undelivered goods.
Returns and refunds
Lumora does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns solely because an item is no longer needed, another product was purchased, or a different model is preferred. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered products are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy. Orders retain the return terms applicable when purchased, and mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights are unaffected.
