Every Lumora order ships tracked. Here is how to find yours, and what the dates actually mean.
Where your tracking number is
We prepare and dispatch your order within 3 business days. The moment it leaves, we email you the tracking number — check the inbox you used at checkout, and the promotions or spam folder if it is not there. Delivery then takes a further 7 to 14 business days, so around 10 to 17 business days in total from the day you order.

The first days show nothing — that is normal
A tracking number is created when the label is printed, but it only starts moving once the carrier physically scans the parcel. It is common for a number to sit on Info received for two or three days. Nothing is wrong.
Nothing has moved in over a week?
Then write to us. Send your order number and we will chase the carrier ourselves — you do not have to do it. If a parcel is genuinely lost, we replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
