Shipping
Free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum. We prepare and dispatch your order within 3 business days; delivery then takes a further 7–14 business days — around 10 to 17 business days in total from the day you order. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves us.

30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, for any reason — including simply changing your mind. The piece must come back unworn, unmarked, in its original packaging and with everything that came in the box. Write to us before sending anything back: returns have to be approved first. Return shipping is the customer's unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

If something is wrong with it
Faulty, damaged in transit, or not the model you ordered? Send us your order number and a photo, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and we replace it or refund you in full — at no cost to you.

Exchanges
Swapping for a different model, colour or style because you would prefer it costs USD $15 per item, plus return shipping. That fee does not apply when the exchange is needed because of our mistake.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected we tell you whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
