From delivery, for any reason — unused, unmarked, in the original packaging, authorised by us before you ship it back. Return postage is yours on a change of mind; we cover it when the fault is ours.

Questions
Is this a medical device?
No. The readings — ECG included — are for general wellbeing and fitness. They are not medical measurements, they are not a diagnosis, and they should not be used to monitor a condition or relied on in an emergency. Anything that worries you belongs with a doctor.
Do I need my phone with me?
The band has no screen, so every reading is shown in the G BAND app. It keeps collecting on its own and syncs when your phone is in range.
Can I swim with it?
No. It is rated 1 ATM, which covers splashes, rain and handwashing — not swimming, showering or diving.
How long does the battery last?
7 to 10 days on a charge, or 3 to 5 days with every monitor running continuously.
When will it arrive?
Up to 3 business days to prepare your order, then 7 to 14 business days in transit — 14 to 24 calendar days in all. Shipping is free and tracked everywhere. Import duties, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility.
What if I want to send it back?
You have 30 days from delivery, for any reason. The band has to be unused, unmarked and in its complete original packaging, and the return has to be authorised before you ship it. Return postage is yours on a change of mind; we pay when the item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong. Exchanges by preference are $15 per item plus return postage. Faults, transport damage or a wrong item: tell us within 7 days of delivery.
